A circle is a space to come + be held in a safe space, for a time of inspiration and deeper connection both to yourself and like-minded women exploring different focus themes and energy.

To meet in circle is to pause the noise of the outside world, to come together in community and enjoy, listen, and be truly heard and seen. We welcome one another, exactly as we are, everyone is equal and has time to express themselves, listen and be heard and simply flow in the rhythms and cycles of life .

Women’s Circles may include;

• Guided Meditation

• Reflective Writing practices & journalling

• Feminine Embodiment practices

• Movement and or Dance

• Exploring energetics of the moon, astrology or a particular theme

• Oracle cards and Intuitive practices

• Opportunity for heartfelt conversation + Connection
