What do you feel has grown, shifted or changed during our time together?

‘I feel like I grew in confidence around my personal power and my voice. I grew in my ability to release and shift energy when it is heavy around me. To accept and love my fierceness and softness. I learnt a lot about aligning with my cycles, not just of my bleed but also of my creativity which was such a helpful tool and way of viewing things.
